As it’s holiday season and there are still quite a few matches outstanding, the current cycle will run for an extra week, now ending on Mon 13th Sept. Please get all your results in to us by then, and the new round will follow on Mon 20th Sept.

Players vote against PARS scoring system
Thanks to everyone that has voted for/against changing to the new PARS scoring system. After counting the votes, the results are heavlily in favour of sticking with the old system, so from now on all league games will be played using the old 'to 9' scoring system.

Final scores posted
Round 36 has now finished and final scores are posted. Level pegging at the top of the tables with Richard Hurd and Jon Cordier on level points and drawing their own game! Congrats to Chester Barnes in div 6 for an impressive 36 points achieved, winning all 6 of his games. New tables to be posted by Monday 15th (hopefully).

Limit on submitting scores
When submitting your scores via the website, could you please check the tables beforehand to ensure your opponent hasn't already submitted them. We have a monthly limit on the form submissions and we are getting quite a few scores through twice - this will help prevent us from reaching the limit before the round is out. Thanks

Changes to round 36 tables
There have been changes to divs 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 since the PDF of tables was sent out to all players so if you are in any of these divs, please refer to the tables online rather than the PDF. Thanks

Happy New Year! Round 36 opens
We hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year but it's now time to shed a few pounds. Round 36 is open so lets get going! Congrats to Richard Hurd for finally knocking Mr Cordier from the top spot in round 35! Welcome to all 11 new players. Current round extended by 2 weeks
The current round will now be extended by two weeks as there are several of us struggling to fit all our games in over the Christmas period. The finishing date is now 28 Dec, with round 36 starting on 4th Jan.

Round 29 complete

Score submission form not working

League is 1000 matches old!!!
Since July 2007 the league has been hosted online, and has now recorded it's 1000th match!  By our rough calculations, that equates to over a month of solid play, 390,000 shots, 1.5m calories burnt and nearly 12.5m heartbeats!  Thanks to all players for your continued support.

Round 28 complete
Round 28 has now finished and final tables are posted.  Jonathan Cordier once again tops the tables, this time with a perfect score!  Special mention to Alan Lee for his second consecutive perfect score, and also to Julian Clapp for the round's third 24 point haul - impressive stuff!  New tables to be sorted shortly and posted over the weekend.  New cycle starts on Monday 23rd Feb.

Inactive players
Tables for round 28 are now posted and will be emailed out to each player shortly. Several inactive players have been removed for the next cycle even though we extended the last cycle by 2 weeks! Can we remind everyone that you must play as many games as possible per cycle as this makes for a much fairer, more enjoyable league. Happy New Year to all league members!  The current cycle has finished and final league tables are now posted.  Congrats to John Cordier for topping div 1, and also to Alan Lee for the round's only perfect score.  The new tables will be posted over the coming days and the next cycle will open on Monday 12th Jan.

Due to the volume of new starters capable of playing higher up the league, this cycle we have slotted in a new division underneath div 4. This has meant that those players expecting to be in div 5 are now in div 6, and so on down the tables. Apologies to those players knocked down a division by this, but we hope you can appreciate why it's been neccessary!

Well done to everyone who topped their divisions. This round will run for 7 weeks over the Christmas break. Good luck everyone.

New tables are now posted. In an effort to even things out a bit, we have moved a few players around for round 24. This has resulted in the bottom 3 players from each div being relegated instead of the bottom 2. We do hope that everyone understands that this is for the good of the league and will make for a fairer, more enjoyable round for players.
